OJW was brought into this project to tie together different structures and functions. A 200 year old school house was in need of a new purpose, an existing farm house was being converted into a guest house, and a new main house needed to be situated on the property and tied together. We worked with the clients to understand how they truly wanted to use the spaces around these structures and then how those spaces would relate to the existing site.

A large portion of this project will be the expansion of the existing pond and restoration of wetlands. Through simple terraforming and custom seed mixes we plan to increase the amount of migrating birds and insects that call this farm home.
